Subscription and Cancellation Policy

1. Subscription Tiers
LotPulse offers the following subscription tiers:

- Ranked deal feed
- Basic deal score
- Vehicle details and images
- Watchlist
- Locked profit preview
Pro
- MAX BID
- EXPECTED PROFIT RANGE
- Repair estimate
- Fee stack breakdown
- Visual damage severity
- REPAIR CUSHION calculation
- Bid plans and alerts
- Saved searches
- Part-out fallback valuation
- Algorithm trace
2. Pricing and Billing
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. Pricing is displayed at checkout and may change for new subscribers. Existing subscribers are grandfathered at their current rate unless they cancel and re-subscribe. All prices are in USD. Taxes may apply based on your location.
3. Free Trial
New Pro subscribers are eligible for a 14-day free trial. Trial terms are displayed at signup. You will not be charged until the trial period ends. You may cancel at any time during the trial to avoid charges.
4. Subscription Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew each billing cycle unless you cancel. You will receive email notification before renewal. If your payment method fails, we will attempt to charge it multiple times before downgrading your account to the free tier.
5. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time:
- Through your account settings or the Stripe customer portal
- By contacting support at support@lotpulse.app
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to paid features until the period ends. No refunds are provided for partial months or unused portions of your subscription.
6. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our service (instant access to data and intelligence), we do not offer refunds for subscription fees. Exceptions may be made for billing errors or service outages lasting more than 24 hours. Contact support@lotpulse.app for refund requests.
7. Service Modifications
LotPulse reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service, including features, pricing, or availability. We will provide reasonable notice for material changes that affect your subscription.
8. Account Suspension
We may suspend or terminate accounts for:
- Violation of Terms of Service
- Payment fraud or chargebacks
- Abuse of service or API
- Suspicious activity
Suspended accounts are not eligible for refunds.
9. Data Retention After Cancellation
Upon cancellation, your account data (watchlist, preferences, search history) is retained for 30 days in case you re-subscribe. After 30 days, data may be deleted. You may request immediate deletion of your account and data at any time.
10. Changes to Subscription Terms
We may change subscription terms, pricing, or features. Existing subscribers will receive 30 days notice of material changes. You may cancel without penalty if you do not agree to the changes.
11. Payment Method Updates
You can update your payment method through the Stripe customer portal. If your payment expires and cannot be charged, your subscription will be downgraded to the free tier after failed payment attempts.
